Alan Leung is the founder and head trainer of Olive Branch, a fitness & nutrition studio that emphasizes safe and effective exercise in combination with proper nutrition and lifestyle coaching. Alan is a certified professional in both PICP strength & conditioning and Precision Nutrition. Alan owns and operates a studio in Shanghai, where he runs high-intensity strength & conditioning classes. Alan provides personal training with a focus on high performance through mental toughness coaching and nutrition education for private clients, professionals and A-list celebrities. Working with corporates, he consults with leadership, HR, branding and design teams looking for wellness solutions for their organizations. Alan was the official fitness trainer for Miss Universe China 2014 where he was tasked with improving the fitness and nutrition for 15 pageant contestants. He was brought on as a special guest trainer for Brawl on the Bund white collar boxing as their sports psychology trainer, as well as helped coach Olympic-level amateur boxing for Hong Kong. He was also the official fitness & nutrition trainer to China’s Next Top Model, which aired on Chinese national television in 2015.Alan writes about fitness, nutrition and lifestyle issues on the Olive Branch blog and has been featured in well-known magazines including ELLE and ELLE Men and is in the process of authoring his first book.
